TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA.

About the Position

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay: $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 estimated weekly pay
Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6 AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week

Job Details

Route Type: Local
Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants
Equipment: Refrigerated box truck
Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes
Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
Perform some warehouse work after deliveries are completed

Minimum Requirements

License: Non-CDL, valid Driver's License
Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable Box Truck driving experience
Equipment Experience: Box truck
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
