Responsibilities
- Provide direct, nurse-led care to patients on an acute care unit, coordinating with licensed and unlicensed team members
- Assess patient conditions, monitor, document, and communicate changes to the care team and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; manage IV therapy and basic wound care as appropriate
- Lead and participate in interdisciplinary rounds; help implement and adjust individualized care plans
- Promote patient safety, infection control, comfort, and rapid response to changes in patient status
- Support discharge planning and patient/family education to ensure understanding of care needs

Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Practice aligned with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule in a hospital acute care setting (3x12 nights)
- Strong communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary care team
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
