Associate Attorney About the Role We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation‑related documents. Conduct legal research and develop strategic case analyses. Manage case files while ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel. Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams to develop effective legal strategies. Deliver practical, business‑focused legal advice while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar. Strong academic credentials and prior litigation experience. Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. A proactive, self‑motivated approach with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced legal environment.
