Position Summary: The Licensed Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostic testing, psychotherapy services, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, and psychiatric concerns.The ideal candidate will have experience conducting a variety of psychological assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing Provide individual, family, and behavioral therapy services Develop individualized treatment plans and clinical recommendations Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and care teams Participate in case consultations and care coordination meetings Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Arizona regulations, and ethical standards Support quality assurance and patient outcome initiatives Provide clinical supervision or consultation when applicable Performs other duties as assigned. Psychological Evaluations & Assessments: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations ADHD/ADD assessments PTSD and trauma-related evaluations Anxiety and depression assessments Mood disorder evaluations Personality assessments Cognitive and intellectual testing Learning disability evaluations Behavioral assessments Psychological diagnostic evaluations Bariatric psychological evaluations Pre-surgical psychological clearances Memory and cognitive functioning assessments Risk and safety assessments Substance use evaluations Child and adolescent behavioral assessments Functional capacity and emotional support evaluations Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution Active Arizona Psychologist License in good standing Experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities Experience using EMR/EHR systems preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in outpatient behavioral health, integrated care, or telehealth preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Required Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Proficiency with EHR systems (behavioral health platforms preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Environment: Outpatient behavioral health clinic Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must have a suitable home office setup that ensures client confidentiality and a professional environment for telehealth services. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at an office desk on the computer. Lifting: Able to lift up to 15lbs. Pay range

$106,000—$126,000 USD
