The Planet Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join its IT team in Providence, Rhode Island. This hands-on, user-facing role provides technical assistance to attorneys, managers, and staff in a fast-paced professional environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in Service Desk/Help Desk/Desktop Support and strong Windows/Microsoft 365 skills, plus excellent customer service and communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
