Assistant Manager
Domino's Assistant Manager Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
We're looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.
