We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Muscoda, Wisconsin. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
RN degree in Nursing
