Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and personal care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Contribute to a positive and respectful environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among staff, residents, and families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
