Job Details Managed Care Specialist – Nashville, TN Location: Nashville, TN | Position Type: Contractor | Shift: 1st | Positions Available: 10 | Pay: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Determining individual and family eligibility for client care programs. Assisting in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal/external clients. Conducting client interviews, collecting facts and information, and compiling case data to provide recommendations to an attorney. Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution. Providing legal research, analysis of legal papers, and drafting legal documents; documenting findings accurately. Working efficiently/effectively in multiple databases to extract information. Attending workgroup meetings and participating in discussions. Assisting leadership team, as necessary. Requirements No security clearance required. MUST have a bachelor's or associate degree. Background in Paralegal studies is a plus. Work experience in a legal environment is a plus. Customer service or call center experience is a plus. Proven technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Strong note‑taking, email organization and distribution skills. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. MUST be local to middle TN and able to work in the client’s office in Nashville as needed. Training is extensive, up to 6 weeks scheduled, virtual or in‑office, and contractors must attend training daily. No preplanned time off during training weeks.
