You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and provide valuable assistance in supplier evaluations and negotiations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to ensuring seamless procurement operations.What your day-to-day will look like:Support the client and Jones Lang LaSalle teams by answering questions related to the contracts process and provide data entry / management support via SCMP technology platform.Responsible for data integrity of contract database and other data management tools.Ensure required due diligence completed for supplier on-boarding, including Corrigo administrationAdminister and maintain contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client requirements, administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents.Responsible for prioritization, communication, coordination and contract negotiation with suppliers and operations teamsManage incoming/outgoing transitions plans for service providers, communicating any contract changes.Ensure compliance by auditing sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal / risk management.Track all correspondence and authorizations by maintain detailed and accurate files.Support communication and resolution of compliance components related to Certificates of Insurance and associated supporting programsFirst level of contact for COI / ISNetworld / Avetta risk management/administration questions; process COI exceptions in alignment with JLL Corporate and account-specific requirements; responsible for managing and monitoring COI data in various platforms.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with procurement software or ERP systemsFamiliarity with the commercial real estate industryCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certification or equivalentExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsProven experience in procurement or sourcing coordination, preferably within a large organizationStrong knowledge of procurement processes and best practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlinesLocation: RemoteAt JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
