Habilidades Destreza en operaciones rutinarias de montaje mecánico y/o electromecánico. Capaz de manejar diversas herramientas manuales y maquinaria. Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos de la empresa, como normas de seguridad, instrucciones de funcionamiento/fabricación, políticas y procedimientos. Se requiere buena destreza manual para trabajar con piezas pequeñas Debe tener buena coordinación ojo/mano Capaz de reconocer y resolver problemas típicos que pueden surgir en su propia área de trabajo; evalúa y selecciona soluciones entre las opciones establecidas. Habilidades orales, escritas e interpersonales eficaces Capacidad para comunicarse claramente con todos los clientes internos y externos. Principales responsabilidades del puesto Realiza una variedad de operaciones rutinarias de montaje mecánico y/o electromecánico de acuerdo con las instrucciones y procedimientos de la empresa. Realiza inspecciones del trabajo propio y/o de otros asociados para asegurarse de que es correcto de acuerdo con los planos de la empresa y/o del cliente. Prepara los cables conductores, Realiza funciones de prueba avanzadas. Da forma, conecta e instala bobinas, suelda y fusiona conexiones. Realiza una instalación avanzada, Realiza el proceso de marcado y limpieza, Puede soldar y ensamblar conjuntos/subconjuntos electromecánicos o mecánicos utilizando planos, diagramas de cableado e instrucciones de fabricación para cumplir las especificaciones de calidad. Puede soldar conexiones y componentes electrónicos a placas de circuitos. Puede utilizar equipos de revestimiento. Puede leer los calibradores. Puede utilizar pequeñas herramientas manuales y eléctricas. Puede limpiar y marcar superficies para indicar medidas. Capacidad para aprender a utilizar máquinas sencillas como tornos, taladradoras y equilibradoras. Otras responsabilidades asignadas Se requiere asistencia regular, constante y puntual. Responsabilidades Colocar y soldar tubos de cobre Cablear componentes eléctricos básicos Montar racores de latón Lectura de esquemas de tuberías y cableado Comunicar los problemas a tiempo Tener una excelente capacidad de seguimiento Cualificaciones Conocimientos mecánicos Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas Multitarea Se valorará el conocimiento de los sistemas de calefacción, ventilación y refrigeración.
