RN Unit Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at Maple City Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Hornell, NY. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $104,000.00 RN Sign-on Bonus: $7,500.00 Same Day Pay available Working Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing units, including staff management, patient care, and facility operations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and address employee concerns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Monitor and report on unit productivity, quality metrics, and resident satisfaction. Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and committees. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork. Requirements Current New York State RN licensure. 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role. Strong clinical and management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
