Are you an experienced real estate professional who enjoys helping other agents develop their skills, improve their performance, and achieve their professional goals? Legacy Group International is expanding its leadership team and seeking a Real Estate Growth Mentor to work with agents throughout the United States and Canada. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who wants to use their real estate experience to support the professional growth of other agents while contributing to a positive, accountable, and collaborative environment. You will work alongside accomplished real estate leaders, helping agents recognize opportunities, overcome challenges, and develop the knowledge, confidence, and strategies needed to advance their careers. What You’ll Do Mentor and support real estate agents at different stages of their careers. Help agents set professional goals and develop actionable plans for improvement. Share practical strategies for sales, client relationships, transactions, and professional development. Help agents identify strengths, address challenges, and recognize opportunities for growth. Provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Support agents as they build confidence, improve productivity, and develop their real estate businesses. Contribute to a collaborative environment where agents and leaders share knowledge and learn from one another. Participate in remote meetings, mentoring sessions, and leadership initiatives. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of residential sales and real property transactions. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, training, or mentorship ability. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A history of delivering outstanding service and helping others succeed. The ability to motivate agents, provide constructive feedback, and encourage accountability. Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through skills. The self-discipline and initiative required to succeed in a remote role.
