Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Patient 1

Schedule: Tues-Friday nights 7p-7a

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547 (has dogs)

Age Group: Toddler

Acuity: High; Trach/Vent

Patient 2

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 7:00pm-7:00am & Tues- Thus 7a- 7p

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Group: Child

Acuity: High; Trach/Vent (has mechanical lift)

Patient 3

Schedule: Sat & Sun 7a-11pm

Location: Ft Walton beach

Age Group: Child

Acuity: Low acuity

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
