We are seeking an experienced PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized medical attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and evaluate patient responses.
- Perform nursing procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent qualifying nursing degree.
- Minimum 2 years of acute care PCU RN experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotating weekends.
