Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Acute Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a Dialysis Unit position located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves providing specialized care in a fast-paced environment, primarily at two facilities. The selected candidate will work a variable schedule, including every other Saturday and one week of on-call duties, with responsibility for supporting operational needs across multiple units.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, experience in acute hemodialysis care, Ohio state licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in dialysis units, familiarity with patient care protocols specific to hemodialysis treatments, and reliable transportation
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position involves coverage at multiple facilities with varying patient ratios, including 4:2, 2:1, and 1:1 RN-to-patient ratios. The team comprises RNs and Technicians working collaboratively to meet patient needs. The candidate must be adaptable and able to assist in different units as required.
