A boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage a dual desk covering Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases. What You Will Do:

• Own cases from intake through trial prep across civil and criminal dockets.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas.
• Handle seamless e-filings in both state and federal court systems.
• Manage medical records retrieval, review discovery packets, and organize evidence.
• Act as a primary, empathetic point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and court staff.

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience with prior experience in either Personal Injury or Criminal Defense
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management software
• An organized, deadline-driven professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A paralegal certificate or degree is a plus, but proven desk experience matters most.
