Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience working in data centersDesirable RequirementsFamiliarity with DCIM tools, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and monitoring platformsRelevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, vendor hardware certifications)You will:Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.
