Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential RequirementsJ.D. and active bar membership6+ years of experience in technology transactions, commercial contracts, or in-house legal rolesProven track record negotiating complex, high-value agreements, ideally in a global environmentStrong knowledge of IT, software, and services agreementsBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and deal executionConfidence working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environmentCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
