About the role Business Analyst – Level 1 (Contract, 1 year, W‑2) – Naperville, IL 60563 Your role will involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision‑making, supporting special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis. You will develop reports and recommendations that improve project execution and resource allocation. The role reports to the onsite manager. Key Responsibilities Directly support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements. Act as a liaison between the Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers: analyze inbound RFPs, set up accounts, gather usage data, manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and handle other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding. Communicate effectively with all partners to ensure deliverables are met accurately. Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally across all internal departments, increasing awareness of the front‑to‑end process and its impact on current team responsibilities. Provide leadership with deliverables and status updates. Perform other job‑related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School graduate or GED. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience relevant to the role. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr (dependent on experience, qualifications and skills).
