About the Position: Were looking for an outgoing Leasing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has passion for people & a desire to grow and learn.
Job Duties Include:
Leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant
Providing excellent service to all prospective and current residents
Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
Assisting with social media postings
Planning and participating in fun resident activities
Job Requirements:
Excited to learn sales and grow-even if youre just starting out
Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
A valid drivers license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
