Medical, Vision, Dental plans PTO Short Term Disability Life Insurance Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Permanent Production Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is a key leadership role within our organization. It will be responsible for managing all aspects of our production line, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, GFSI, bakery production, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, and Quality Control. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, and GFSI. Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, efficiency, and safety. Manage and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance. Coordinate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operation and to address any issues promptly. Develop and maintain production schedules and manage production resources to meet these schedules. Regularly report on production performance and progress towards targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a production management role within the Manufacturing industry. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience with food safety, OSHA, FDA, PCQI, GFSI, and bakery production. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
