Hourly Pay: $24.55 - $28.35 Benefit Highlights Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match Your Responsibilities Coordinate and organize data from multiple sources (including the electronic health record) to support clinical and operational performance improvement. Create and share reports, presentations, and updates to help care teams track Quality Improvement measures, HEDIS, GPRA, patient satisfaction, grants, and pay-for-performance programs. Use reporting tools to build dashboards, run reports, track performance metrics, and generate patient outreach lists to support quality initiatives. Contact patients by phone to help improve compliance with quality measures, screenings, and follow-up care. Qualifications Required Experience: High school diploma or GED. Demonstrated skill in clearly presenting data. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience working directly with data in a midsized organization. One year experience in healthcare – health information technology, quality improvement, or patient services – preferred; experience working in a health center (IHS, FQHC, or similar).
