What We Offer Performance-Based Pay: A solid $30,000 base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. Total earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year based entirely on your drive and performance. Fast-Tracked Growth: Raises are available in your very first year for high performers. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish client relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner. Consistently meet and exceed established agency sales goals and metrics. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work collaboratively in a great team environment to drive the agency's overall success. Requirements A "Hunter" Mentality: Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-based role. Experience: Previous sales and/or insurance experience is a huge plus, but absolutely not required for the right, highly motivated candidate. Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of setting and hitting goals. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
