Support HR Manager with administrative tasks Participate actively in the recruiting process Ensure compliance with employee records and reporting Connect with employees and spearhead employee engagement Hands‑on experience in a vibrant HR department Mentorship and development from plant leaders Understanding of HR processes in a manufacturing setting Opportunities to learn from others and leverage creativity As a valued team member, you’ll handle key duties such as data entry, call logs, and report generation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will shine through as you manage applicant records, process background checks, and maintain our Applicant Tracking System. You’ll prepare materials for new hires and assist in managing benefits and payroll, becoming an indispensable part of our HR operations. Located in Rock Hill, SC, your contributions will directly support our ongoing efforts toward community and sustainability.
