Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Admin Paying up to $27/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin responsible for managing purchase orders, invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service through telephone and email interactions. This role involves engaging with clients for order placements, coordinating with shipping and logistics companies, and performing additional office duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders and invoices accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Interact with customers for order placements and inquiries.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with various office duties and administrative support as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in NetSuite software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven experience in office administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics and clerical tasks.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
• Lives reasonably close to the office and is willing to commute.

Work Environment

Office setting with a friendly team. Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The dress code is casual, fostering a comfortable and approachable atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
