Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Associate / General Labor (English & Spanish)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Weekly Pay
About the Role
Faber Work is hiring reliable and hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and organize inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Assist with general warehouse and labor duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Reliable transportation to and from Grand Prairie.
- Must have an iPhone or Android device to use the Faber app.
