Account Executive – Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings and research. Cultivate existing business using the full suite of iHeart products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns. Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data and storytelling. What You’ll Need Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude. Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills. Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive mindset. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, High School Diploma (College Degree preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills. Digital/Media Sales experience, experience managing complex multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and strong market connections are additional nice‑to‑haves. Goal orientation and prioritization ability. Compensation Salary determined by relevant experience, skills, and market data. Salary range: $36,000 – $45,000. Position eligible for commissions.
