National Life Group in Addison, TX is seeking a bilingual Case Manager (Mandarin) to deliver a superior customer experience by processing life insurance applications with speed, accuracy, and care. You will assess medical, nonmedical, and financial risk factors and determine appropriate ratings while guiding the agent through the lifecycle of each application.
