Production Lead -Food manufacturing

York Employment has an excellent opportunity to to join a leading food manufacturing company as a Production Lead in La Mirada. Will start out on First shift, however during peak season, from mid-May to mid-November will transition to the 2nd shift. The first shift is 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and the second shift is 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. (Must be flexible.)Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivityLead, motivate, and support production staff to meet output and quality targetsEnsure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and sanitation protocolsCollaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams as neededAssist with employee training, coaching, and performance managementQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing lead rolePrevious experience in the food industry is preferredStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusYou should be proficient in:Food and Beverage ManufacturingGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
