The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fine jewelry production and a strong understanding of high-end materials and craftsmanship. This is a high-impact role that will play a central part in maintaining the brands reputation for exceptional quality, personalized client service, and smooth operational flow./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliManage the end-to-end production of custom and bespoke jewelry pieces, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable quality/liliCollaborate with clients to interpret and refine their design vision into executable concepts/liliOversee communication with vendors, CAD designers, and bench jewelers to maintain production standards and timelines/liliTranslate design direction into actionable production steps through CAD files or hand sketches/liliLiaise with internal marketing team and third-party agencies to provide necessary production assets and product details for campaigns, events, and promotions/liliSupport sales team with accurate product information, inventory status, and digital assets for client presentations and proposals/liliMaintain up-to-date production documentation, image libraries, and custom order tracking/liliParticipate in trunk shows, trade events, and private client appointments to provide production knowledge and logistical support/liliCoordinate visits to Downtown LA production vendors and ensure alignment across all external partners/liliEnsure the brands quality, service, and visual standards are upheld across all production touchpoints/li/ulpExperience Qualifications:/pulli46 years in fine or luxury jewelry production, with hands-on experience managing custom pieces from start to finish/liliExperience working directly with CAD designers, vendors, and manufacturing teams/liliFamiliarity with luxury-level service standards and high-ticket custom jewelry/liliBachelors degree in Jewelry Design, Product Development, or a related field preferred/liliGIA certifications (e.g., Jewelry Design Technology, Graduate Jeweler) a plus/liliWorking knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush) and production tracking systems/liliSolid understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and the custom jewelry process/liliStrong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with high-end clientele/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools/liliHighly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through/liliCalm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple timelines/liliStrong interpersonal and client-service skills with a polished, professional demeanor/liliCollaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving/li/ulpWorking Conditions Location:/pulliLocation: Onsite in the Greater Los Angeles Area (Confidential)/liliSchedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM/liliMust be onsite 34 days per week/liliOccasional evenings/weekends during trunk shows or special events/liliWeekly visits to Downtown LA vendors as needed/li/ulpCompensation Benefits:/pulli$60,000 - 100,000 base salary based on experience/liliPerformance-based bonus opportunities/liliGenerous PTO, paid sick, and personal days/liliMedical and dental reimbursement options after eligibility period/lili401(k) retirement plan with employer match/li/ulpWhy Join?
