About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations and Treasury to lead its global strategy in these critical areas. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, with a primary focus on stakeholder communications, capital strategy, and financial risk. Responsibilities include shaping the company's narrative on strategy, financial performance, and long-term value, as well as leading the quarterly earnings process and various investor events. The role also involves directing all treasury functions, such as cash management, capital structure optimization, and risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in investor relations, treasury, corporate finance, or equity research, with a strong preference for those with a background in a global technology manufacturing environment. The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, financial performance metrics, and the ability to craft compelling financial narratives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly analytical, and possess exceptional communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, CPA, or CTP being a plus. The Vice President will also be responsible for managing a team, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
