Schedule: First Shift

Electronics Technician Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local electronics manufacturer who is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join their team. The Electronics Technician will follow verbal and written instructions to assemble and test circuit boards. The ideal Electronics Technician has multiple years of assembly experience and possesses solid soldering skills. The Electronics Technician position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Moorpark, CA. 

Electronics Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble Printed Circuit Assemblies & Perform Inspections
• Rework & Install Fine Pitch Components Under Microscope Magnification
• Understand & Adhere to ESD & ISO Procedures
• Twist, Bend, Trim, Strip, or File Wire Leads of Components or Ream Holes in Boards to Insert Wire Leads
• Read blueprints or Other Written Instructions & Use Speciality Tools Routinely, Including Power & Hand Tools
• Maintain a Clean, Organized Workspace 
• Other Duties as Assigned

Electronics Technician Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ Years of Assembly or Rework Experience Required & Good Electronic Skills
• 2+ Years of Soldering PCBA’s Preferred 
• Ability to Solder RoHS & Non-RoHS Required
• Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability Assemblies &  IPC-7711 Rework of Assemblies Required
• Ability to Follow Verbal & Written Instructions in English
• Strong Attention to Detail
