growth.Financial ManagementOwn facility Profit & Loss performance.Develop and manage annual operating budgets.Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, labor costs, inventory, and capital expenditures.Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement initiatives.Review financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.Ensure responsible stewardship of company assets.Operational OversightHold the Operations Manager accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity performance.Ensure systems and leadership capability exist to consistently achieve operational objectives.Review operational performance trends and remove barriers to success.Support capital investments, resource allocation, and capacity planning
