We are seeking a reliable and organized Account Associate / Executive Assistant to join our team full-time (3240 hours per week). This position plays a key role in supporting both agency leadership and the team, ensuring smooth operations and helping us deliver excellent service to our clients.

The role breakdown includes 60% working directly with the agent, 20% supporting the office manager, and 20% assisting the broader team.
Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as mail, bills, inventory, and documentation, coordinating maintenance requests and office needs, providing light tech support and troubleshooting, assisting with team meetings, reporting, and follow-up, running occasional errands, and supporting daily operations.
Qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, being detail-oriented and dependable, and previous administrative or assistant experience preferred.
Compensation is $18$23 per hour, based on experience, with a full-time schedule of 3240 hours per week. Licensing is not required at start but must be obtained within 2 months of hire to fully support the team.

About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, crop insurance, college planning, health insurance, and renters insurance. Our office is located in El Centro and is open from 9am-5:30pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2016. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Legion of Honor. Additional languages spoken include Spanish.
