To join us, you should be at least 18 years old and have three years of non-relative childcare experience. Qualifications: • • Experience in providing nurturing and attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety and happiness. • Ability to engage infants in age-appropriate activities that foster development and creativity. • Proven track record of maintaining open and effective communication with parents to align on childcare strategies. • Skill in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, catering to each child's dietary needs. • Experience in implementing daily routines that promote healthy sleep patterns and overall wellness. • Ability to monitor and document infants' progress, milestones, and any concerns for parents' review. • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
