Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient

License: Must hold a valid Pharmacist license

Must-Have:
Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
Epic experience preferred


Description:
This position will not require floating between units.
On-call duties are required, including overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist.
Work on weekends is required, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Block schedules are expected for this role.
The expected patient ratio is 1 pharmacist to 25 patients.
Preferred qualifications include inpatient pharmacy experience and familiarity with Epic charting systems.
The facility type is critical access and a Level III trauma center.
The daily census includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, with around 20 patients being admitted each day.
The number of total staffed beds is 25.
Support services available include physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy.
Applicants must be willing to work 3 of 5 holidays throughout the year.
The successful candidate must have a vehicle for this assignment.
Travelers may be expected to float to nearby facilities if needed.
Completion of any required modules must occur pre-start and annually, with time spent being self-reported.
