Job Title: Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist

Must have outpatient infusion experience.
Must have an Oregon Pharmacist License.


Description:
This position will not float between units.
On-call and weekends are not required.
Block schedules are required.
The expected patient ratio is 1:20.
Additional specialty requirements include outpatient infusion experience and Oregon licensure.
Charting will be done using Epic.
The facility is a Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center with a total of 25 staffed beds.
The daily census is approximately 20 patients, with around 1000 visits per day.
Candidate will be expected to work in various age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Interdisciplinary support will include physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy.
All employees must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
A vehicle is required for this assignment.
Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.
Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.


References covering a year of experience within the last three years are required.
Specific charting system experience with Epic is preferred.
Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to termination of the contract.

Providers will be responsible for submitting any work-related cell phone bills.
