• Shift: Day Shift | 4x10 Hours
• Shift Timing: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Schedule Type: Block Schedule
• Care Setting: Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center
• Total Staffed Beds: 25
• Charting System: Epic

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience required
• Outpatient infusion experience required
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License required (pending accepted at submission)
• Epic experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug experience preferred
• Pyxis experience preferred
