Job Summary:
Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, medication verification, dispensing, and medication therapy management in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The pharmacist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or pending prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Experience with Pyxis and hazardous drug handling preferred

• Review and verify medication orders
• Dispense medications and monitor drug therapy
• Provide clinical support and medication recommendations
• Ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
