Solar Warehouse TechnicianFull-time $20-$26/hrThis job is based out of our Raleigh, NC office.Opportunity to work at a mission-driven certified B Corp committed to leading the change by using business as a force for good that was named INC Best Place to WorkOutstanding benefits package (health, vision, dental, short-term/long-term disability, and life insurance, matching 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, paid training and professional development opportunities, paid time to volunteer, and more)Southern Energy Management (SEM) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Technician to support our Solar Installation Field team/ Tech Support Team & Commercial team by tracking / preparing and loading materials.Schedule: Monday – Friday - 9am-5pm or 5:30am-1:30 pm, depending on needsWhat You’ll Do In This Job:Prepare and load projects for Solar installation teamsSelect components to fulfill bills of materialAccurately track and support cycle counts of inventoryMaintain Cleanliness and organization of the warehouseOperate forklift & pallet jack to unload and load palletized materialMust Haves:High school diploma is required.Forklift CertificationAbility to lift up to 50 poundsGeneral construction knowledge and/or experience along with the ability to use hand tools (drills, saws, drivers).Solar or relevant experience is preferredA four-year degree in a relevant electrical/renewable energy field is preferred, but not required.SEM values diversity and inclusion and encourages all qualified people to apply.
