You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. The most important feature of a good solar installer is being someone willing to learn, and motivated. Someone wanting to make a difference while providing world-class customer service skills. We care about all our employees and constantly seek to maintain a healthy work/life balance.Essential Duties:Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipmentSupport the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installationDocument completion of quality installationCompliance with OSHA standardsKey Competencies:Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 poundsMust be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)Must have a reliable means of transportationPrior residential solar installation experience preferred but not requiredPrior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
