Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a strong interest in Pediatrics to join its outpatient clinic in Sioux City, IA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, with pediatric experience preferred but not required. This is an opportunity to work within a supportive outpatient environment while developing and expanding your pediatric clinical expertise.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric and adult patients as applicable. • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on each patient's developmental, functional, and medical needs. • Treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. • Incorporate play, movement, and age-appropriate activities into therapy sessions. • Develop patient-centered treatment plans focused on functional improvement and meaningful goals. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes. • Build strong relationships with patients and families through compassionate, individualized care. • Contribute to the continued growth and development of pediatric services within the outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist. • At least 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred. • Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred but not required. • Strong interest in working with pediatric patients. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative outpatient environment. • Commitment to continued professional development and learning.
