Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our staff to our interdisciplinary teams. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

30-40 Hours/Week Flexible

Cresco and New Hampton, IA, for the Skilled Nursing setting

Waterloo, IA, for the Skilled Nursing setting and some home visits

Iowa Falls, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting

Cedar Rapids, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting

PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; PHYSICAL THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more physical therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.

Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.

35 - $40 per hour
