Student Support Representative

Providing essential support to students, the full-time remote Student Support Representative will assist with inquiries related to university policies, degree programs, and federal educational funding options while ensuring compliance with privacy laws. Key responsibilities Deliver timely information and problem resolution to students via phone, email, or chat Maintain compliance with federal privacy laws while managing student accounts Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns and meet performance goals Required qualifications Broad knowledge of university policies and federal educational funding sources Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Understanding of FERPA guidelines and student privacy regulations Proven ability to handle escalated issues and provide effective conflict resolution
