This permanent position offers a hybrid work environment primarily centered in Conshohocken, San Antonio, or Franklin, WI, with remote options available. As an IT Business Partner, you will leverage your expertise in NetSuite ERP to enable transformative business processes and enhance overall system efficiencies.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

- Proven experience with NetSuite ERP to drive system integration and improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business needs.
- Excellent communication abilities, fostering collaboration across various departments.
- A commitment to creating effective relationships with stakeholders to implement technology solutions.
- Aptitude for project management to facilitate the successful delivery of ERP initiatives.
