Treasury Management Officer

The client is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to lead business development, consultative sales, and relationship management with commercial clients. This role focuses on driving new revenue and expanding existing client portfolios while representing Treasury Management offerings in internal and external settings. The position is expected to support brand awareness and overall growth through strategic market engagement. Key responsibilities include achieving new sales targets and portfolio revenue growth objectives, partnering with lenders and others to identify and build opportunities for Treasury Management solutions, and enhancing the sales process through industry trend analysis, product innovation, and consultative reviews. The role will execute a strategic, market-based sales plan to target prospects and existing customers, manage sales pipeline accuracy, and achieve annual performance metrics related to new business sales, call expectations, and retention of strategic relationships. Responsibilities may also include growing non-interest income and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and five or more years of proven treasury management sales experience. Certification as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM) is preferred. The client also expects experience driving deposits, territory management in sales, strong Treasury Management product knowledge, and an ability to quantify credit and operational risk exposure; industry or vertical market expertise and a strong grasp of market and industry trends are also desired.
