Lead Analyst, Strategic Pricing and Contracts

Abbott seeks a Lead Analyst for Strategic Pricing and Contracts to support the Medical Devices US Sales Division in Austin or Alpharetta. The role involves developing pricing strategies, managing contracts, and collaborating across functions to optimize sales performance and margin for enterprise accounts and business units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic deal approaches with field teams and enterprise accounts
- Conduct pricing analysis, financial impact assessment, and ASP optimization throughout deal lifecycle
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms while coordinating redline edits with internal stakeholders
- Lead RFP and RFI processes and manage contract renewals for assigned accounts
- Provide guidance on contract structuring to align with company policies and business objectives
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of contract development, negotiation, and best practices
- Strong financial analysis and pricing strategy expertise
- Experience with healthcare contracting frameworks (capital, consignment, GPO)
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of compliance and contractual risk management
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for workflow optimization
