Lead Analyst, Strategic Pricing and Contracts

Abbott seeks a Lead Analyst for Strategic Pricing and Contracts to support its Medical Devices US Sales Division. The role involves developing pricing strategies, managing contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to optimize deal structures and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic deal approaches aligned with customer and contractual requirements for assigned accounts
- Conduct pricing governance activities including analysis, ASP optimization, and portfolio strategy alignment
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with compliance and rebate structures
- Lead cross-functional planning discussions to align pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract terms
- Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, margin improvement execution, and RFP/RFI coordination
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of contract development, negotiation, and lifecycle management practices
- Proficiency in pricing analysis, financial impact assessment, and margin optimization
- Strong understanding of contractual frameworks including capital, consignment, and GPO agreements
- Experience interfacing with sales teams, enterprise accounts, and healthcare systems or GPOs
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and redline reviews across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with AI tools and workflow efficiency systems
