About us

Bellevue Psychiatry is a growing outpatient psychiatric group practice with clinics in Bellevue, Kennewick, Vancouver, and Yakima, and telepsychiatry across Washington. Our Psychiatry providers provide medication management and evaluations for adults and adolescents. We exist to make timely, high-quality psychiatric care easier to access, and we need someone in the community to make that real for the clinicians who refer to us.

The role

As our Provider & Community Liaison, you are the in-person face of Bellevue Psychiatry. You build and maintain relationships with primary care practices, therapists, and community organizations so they know who we are, what we treat, and how to get their patients seen quickly. You’ll work alongside our virtual outreach team: they open doors remotely, and you deepen those relationships face to face.

Territory

• Primary focus: King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Seattle, Renton, and surrounding areas). Expect 3–4 field days per week here.
• Secondary coverage: north through Snohomish and Skagit counties to Bellingham, and south through Pierce County to Olympia, on a planned rotating schedule.

What you’ll do

• Visit primary care, family medicine, and pediatric clinics to introduce our services, intake process, and wait times
• Build relationships with therapists, counselors, and group therapy practices who need psychiatric medication management partners for their clients
• Connect with community organizations, college counseling centers, EAPs, and professional associations
• Bring educational materials and arrange lunch-and-learns or brief in-service presentations with our clinicians
• Represent the practice at health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings
• Follow up on warm leads from our virtual outreach team and coordinate with them so efforts don’t overlap
• Gather feedback from partner offices (what’s working, where communication breaks down) and bring it back to leadership
• Keep accurate notes on visits, contacts, and activities in our CRM, and plan efficient weekly routes
• Report weekly to the practice owner

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in healthcare outreach, physician liaison, home health, hospice, behavioral health, or medical/pharma field roles
• Comfortable walking into a busy clinic and earning five minutes with the front desk, the office manager, and the provider
• Organized and self-directed; you plan your own week and follow through
• Clear, warm communicator who represents mental health care with professionalism and discretion
• Valid Washington driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive throughout the territory
• Bonus: familiarity with Puget Sound healthcare systems, behavioral health, or Spanish fluency
